Once the card is activated and money is loaded onto the card, cashback is calculated at 1% AER on card balances, calculated monthly.  You can also earn points for your purchases, these points can be redeemed for additional cashback.

Typical example: £10,000 will attract around £100 cash back in one year.  Subject to the amounts in the account and the number of months calculated and the BoE base rate is 3% or above for the 1% AER cashback.  Reward points are in addition to the 1% AER cash back.
